General Brewing Instruction: Heat water to180-185F/82-85C. Steep for 3 mins, may be rebrewed for 3+ infusions
Gourmet hints: Delicious with lemon and/or honey. Let the boiled water cool for a few minutes so the delicate flavour is not damaged . May be cold-brewed. Wonderful iced.
Cold Brewing: 3 tsps in 500ml of cold water, refrigerate or put directly in sun for 4-5 hours, strain and serve.
Taste: licorice start, sweet berry-floral finish.
